In our experience in leading and assisting healthcare Emergency Management (EM) and Business Continuity (BC) programs all across the country, we’re constantly reminded that the after action review process is typically met with varying levels of engagement and support. In some healthcare organizations, EM/BC practitioners are met with the sound of crickets and, in others, they’re overwhelmed with being requested to spearhead multi-faceted, cross-functional program improvement initiatives outside of their typical purview.

During this presentation, we’ll share some practical tips, tricks, and value propositions to consider when addressing modern EM/BC programs’ challenges regarding AARs (and the associated project management initiatives that get thrown our way as a result.)… Additionally, we’ll offer a quick walk-through of how Veoci’s solutions can serve as a force multiplier for your resilience programs.
