*All lunch and refreshment breaks will be provided in the exhibit area - at least one booth attendant is required. Exhibitors are encouraged to attend sessions and networking events.

** AHEPP Annual is designed to be a collaborative networking event. We encourage exhibitors and sponsors to attend all educational sessions, collaborate with colleagues workshop, and networking events over the 2 days of the Conference to build relationships. Exhibit times listed are strongly recommended. Additional time in the booth is not restricted. Feel free to spend as much or as little time in the exhibit area with the AHEPP attendees as you like. This is your opportunity to get to know the AHEPP members and understand their professional roles and challenges.
