Participating as an Exhibitor at AHEPP Annual provides a unique opportunity to have one-on-one networking time with senior leadership and decision-makers. The size and structure of AHEPP Annual allows you to build closer business relationships with those with the purchasing power, so you can learn how to anticipate their needs and become an indispensable partner to them.

  • All Bronze package benefits plus:

    • First choice of table selection for exhibit space

    • Lunch Education Session: Your company will have up to 30-minutes to present to attendees as an optional lunch session held in the plenary room open to all conference attendees. This will be your educational content and you will provide the presenter(s).

    • Room and microphone will be provided. PowerPoint presentation MUST be submitted to AHEPP by Feb. 1, 2026.

    • This presentation, presenter, and company logo will be listed within the agenda.**

    • AHEPP will send out one promotional email before the conference to all attendees. Sponsor to develop content for AHEPP approval. This is a great way to get into attendee inboxes as AHEPP is already a trusted source. ($1200 value when purchased a la carte)

    • As part of AHEPP communication, 1 banner ad in 2 scheduled pre/post conference emails (conference attendees only)**

    • As part of AHEPP communication, 1 banner ad in a scheduled AHEPP newsletter (AHEPP Update)** ($500 value)

    • Company logo and name listed In all Session Spotlight communications (LinkedIn, X, Facebook and Email)

BRONZE

Standing signs (must provide stand and mail poster to venue): $300 (Limited Availability)

One promotional email sent from AHEPP to attendees - pre-conference: $1,200 (3 available)

Refreshment Sponsor: $2,000 (4 available)

Student Scholarship Sponsor: $1,500

  • This sponsorship includes a registration fee and two hotel nights (flights not Included) for two students to attend AHEPP Annual 2026 (application will be collected and scholarships will be distributed by AHEPP)

  • Your company sponsorship will be announced during the opening remarks when student winners are recognized.

***Exhibitors whose focus is TENS Units, LED Skincare (Facial and Body), Cosmetics Products, hand-held massagers and any other with aggressive sales tactics are not allowed under any circumstance.

Should an exhibitor representing any of these categories be found on the exhibit floor, they will be removed immediately with no refund of funds paid.
