Stay at the top of AHEPP member’s minds for months after the conference ends. Purchase 3 website banners on the AHEPP website for 90 days. You can change your banner once per month.
Sponsored conference tote bags: $2,000 (1 available)

Distributed to all attendees at conference registrations/check-in. Your corporate or brand logo will be displayed on one side.

Put your literature message or promotional item into every conference bag. Bags will be handed out to each attendee and bags will include your flyer and the conference agenda.
Option to host a breakfast education session: $4,000 (2 available)

AHEPP will add your session to the agenda as an early session (700 - 750am). This will be your educational content and you will provide the presenter(s).

Room and microphone will be provided. Powerpoint presentation MUST be submitted to AHEPP by Feb. 1, 2024.
Standing signs (must provide stand and mail poster to venue): $300 (Limited Availability)

Your sign(s) will be placed in a highly trafficked areas of the conference venue. Sponsor must provide the sign stand with sign/banner.
One promotional email sent from AHEPP to attendees - pre-conference: $1,200 (3 available)

AHEPP will send out one promotional email before the conference to all attendees. Sponsor to develop content for AHEPP approval. This is a great way to get into attendee inboxes.
Refreshment Sponsor: $2,000 (4 available)

Your logo and name recognition signage will be placed at one of the refreshment stations for a full day of the conference.
Student Scholarship Sponsor: $1,500

This sponsorship includes a registration fee and two hotel nights (flights not Included) for two students to attend AHEPP Annual 2024 (application will be collected and scholarships will be distributed by AHEPP)

Your company sponsorship will be announced during the opening remarks when student winners are recognized.
