The official hotel of AHEPP Annual 2027 is the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel at the Entrance to Universal Orlando. Booking within the official hotel block for AHEPP Annual 2027 will ensure you are supporting AHEPP programs and services and our mission to move healthcare preparedness forward.
While other hotel retailers may contact you offering housing for your trip, they are NOT endorsed by or affiliated with AHEPP Annual and entering into financial agreements with such companies can have costly consequences.
Hotel Reservations
Book or manage your reservation online using the applicable selection below. Book by January 26, 2027 to reserve your room at the conference rate. You can also book directly with Hilton Reservations at 1-800-222-TREE (8733) using the special rate code (HP2) or (EP2 - for per diem rate - government ID must be valid and present at check-in).

Before purchasing any tickets, be sure to check the expiration dates and possible block out dates. Some tickets are only valid for the current year (until December 31, 2026), so it may be necessary to wait until next year to purchase tickets for 2027 dates.
