Heather Costa leads the Business Resilience program for the Cleveland Clinic.  In her capacity, Heather is responsible for development and implementation of the fully integrated, enterprise-wide, risk and resiliency program which includes Business Continuity, Disaster Recovery and Crisis Management for the international health care organization of 70,000+ caregivers. 

 

Heather earned her B.S. in Emergency Management and Homeland Security with a minor in Digital Forensics from the University of Akron, and is currently pursuing her MPS in Homeland Security - Information Security and Forensics from Penn State University.  She serves as a member of The Technology Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Advisory Committee for Ohio Health Information Partnership, and is a member of the NASA Transformative Vertical Flight Working Group for Public Services.
