ABOUT VENDOR BINGO

 

Vendor Bingo is a game that attracts conference attendees to exhibitor booths and provides an opportunity to create dialogue with attendees. As attendees work their way through the exhibit hall, asking questions and learning more about each vendor, they will ask vendors to stamp the applicable spaces on their BINGO cards (provided to all attendees during registration). Exhibitors will be provided stamps.

There will be no vendor bingo during the Networking Reception on Tuesday night. Use this time to get reacquainted with existing clients and meet new colleagues.

 

HOW TO PLAY

​

1. Attendees visit all vendor booths, write the organization name in each space, and get the space stamped. (The AHEPP logo is a free space).

2. BINGO starts at 8:00 am on Tuesday, November 5 and continues until 1 PM on Wednesday, November 6.

 

HOW TO WIN

​

1. Attendees fill in their name at the top of the bingo card.

2. BINGO cards must be turned in at the Registration desk by 1:30 PM on Wednesday, November 6 in order to be eligible for the prize drawings.

3. The prize drawings will take place during final announcements at 3:20 PM on Wednesday, November 6.
