AHEPP Annual Planning Committee

Applications due August 10, 2021

General Information

This committee will help select the annual conference presentations and determine the agenda for the conference. All members will be asked to help to moderate sessions at the conference and assist with various tasks as needed. 

  • Applicants must have attended at least one (1) AHEPP Conference in the past to be considered. Current AHEPP members are eligible to apply.

  • Conference planning committee members are limited to serving not more than two (2) consecutive years. 

  • Committee Expectations: All members will be expected to review all presentation abstracts submitted and attend a minimum of three, 2-3 hour meetings.

  • Committee will be limited to six (6) AHEPP members.

  • Benefits: All members of this committee will receive a $250 credit to be used toward registration for the year serving on the committee and will be recognized as a serving member on the AHEPP website and rolling slide deck during the conference.
